Schedules will be posted by Thursday night on AES.

Registration Packet Pick Up: Coaches Packets will be available for pick up Friday night 6-8pm and Saturday morning 7:00am - 8:00am and 1:00pm - 2:00pm.  All teams must check in prior to pool play and bring a copy of their team roster.  The coaches packet will include player and coaches admission ticket.

Admission Cost: $3 per day or $5 for the weekend.  Tickets will be on sale Friday night at packet pickup from 6pm - 8pm.  Ticket booth will open 6:30am Sat. & 7:00am Sun. morning.  Cash only - no checks or credit cards will be accepted and no online ticketing

Entry / exit through Hall B only - if you exit the convention center, you must have your hand stamped in order to reenter the facility.

No chairs, coolers or outside food are allowed inside GRB. Tables can be set up outside the convention center.
13 Non bid will play at Tornados on Sunday
14 Non Bid – some teams will play at Willowbrook on Sunday
Remember to print maps to these offsite locations.

All seeding has been provided to the tournament host by the Lone Star Region.

This year there will be TWO divisions in each age group. The National Division is for teams who are playing in an attempt to earn a bid to Junior Nationals. The Club Championship division is for teams who wish to participate in the Regional Championship but who do not want to compete for a bid to Junior Nationals.

Saturday:  8:00am start – All bid events (National Division)

            2:00pm start – All non-bid events (Club Division)
