Team Check
In
All teams must check in
at the Main Tournament Desk between Hall A & B prior to
playing. There will be no coaches meeting. At check in
the coaches will receive a coaches packets that includes
the schedule, line up sheets, rules, tie breaking
procedures and other information. Registration will be
on Friday, April 30th from 6:00 – 8:00 pm and prior to
pool play on Saturday. Saturday morning is always VERY
busy so anyone who can pick up packets on Friday night
will save a lot of time.
Playing
Sites -
maps
Playing sites (maps): The main site will be George R. Brown Convention Center. Additional site will be used as needed: Willowbrook Sports Center
and Spike Sport.
No chairs allowed at
Spike Sport and all tents must be on the grassy area.
GRB
Parking
Parking is
available in various paid parking lots as well under
Discovery Green Park directly across from the Convention
Center. $7/day. NO PARKING IN THE BACK OF THE CONVENTION
CENTER.
Two years
ago we had several people complain that their cars were
towed around the Toyota Center. Also parking meters are
not free on Saturdays.

Tickets
Wristbands will be on sale Friday night from 6pm-8pm at the Hall A ticket booth.
Weekend Passes will be
sold for $5 per person at the GRB. Ages 12 & under
get in free. Cash only, no credit
cards. There is an ATM upstairs on the second floor at
the GRB.

Full refund – prior to deadline April 9th or if team qualifies for Nationals at
a qualifier
Partial refund - $355 refund if team drops between April 10th – April 16th
No refund – after April 17th
