Team Check
In
All teams must
check in prior to pool play on Saturday. There will
not be a coaches meeting. All information will be
included in the coaches packet.
Teams will
have to verify rosters so bring USAV #'s, jersey #'s, if
anything has changed on your roster.
Teams can check
in at the Convention Center in front of the tournament desk
located between Hall A and B during the following hours:
Friday night
between 6:30 - 8:30pm
Saturday morning
between 7 - 8:30am
Saturday
afternoon between 1 - 3:30pm

Sunday – In addition to the Convention Center, some teams
will play offsite at League America, Willowbrook Sports
Complex, Texas Tornados or Spike Sport
No Food, Drink or Chairs are allowed inside the Convention
Center.
No pets are allowed at any facilities.

Parking is
available in various paid parking lots as well under
Discovery Green Park directly across from the Convention
Center. $7/day. NO PARKING IN THE BACK OF THE CONVENTION
CENTER. Entry into the venue is through Hall B ONLY.

Playing
Times
Due to the SAT
exam, all 18s and 17s will play in the PM wave on Saturday.
The following is a list of start times for each age division.
AM Wave - Start

$3/day or
$5/weekend - CASH ONLY; Kids 12 & under get in free
12s and
13 Club – no tickets will be collected at Willowbrook,
Tornados or Spike Sport on Sunday so spectators will only
need to purchase the one day ticket for $3 on Saturday.
Advance Ticket
Sales - will be available on Friday, March 13th at the
Convention Center near the Tournament Desk from 6:30pm -
8:30pm.
Tickets will be
sold at Hall A & C ticket booths. Entry is through
Hall B only.

College Coaches
Under Armour®
Cross Court Classic will be utilizing University Athlete for
all college coaches' information. Cost: $60. If you do not
have a PDA and want a hard copy of the information please
email
crosscourtclassic@hotmail.com
- this will be available for $50 if requested prior to the
event.
Koala Health & Wellness Centers
Koala Health & Wellness Centers (www.koalacenters.com)
and Koala Sports Medicine have three locations in Houston,
one in Dallas, and one in Austin. KOALA is a
state-of-the-art medical facility offering physical
medicine, therapeutic massage, Human Performance Testing
(for specific sports and for general fitness), personalized
rehabilitation programs, and chiropractic care. Koala has
graciously offered to provide stretching and/or massage at
our tournament next weekend at the George R. Brown
Convention Center.
A sports medicine doctor will be available for diagnosing
injuries and providing acute care to the players.
Stretching and/or massage will be available for $1/minute
and kinesiotaping will be available at a cost from $15 to
$25.
