Tournament Rules
Team Check
In
All teams must check in
at the Main Tournament Desk between Hall A & B prior to
playing. There will be no coaches meeting. At check in
the coaches will receive a coaches packets that includes
the schedule, line up sheets, rules, tie breaking
procedures and other information. Registration will be
on Friday. March 12th from 6:00 – 8:00 pm and prior to
pool play on Saturday. Saturday morning is always VERY
busy so anyone who can pick up packets on Friday night
will save a lot of time.
Playing
Sites -
maps
Playing sites (maps): The main site will be George R. Brown Convention Center. Additional site will be used as needed: Willowbrook Sports Center, League America, Texas Tornados Training Facility,
and Spike Sport.
GRB
Parking
Parking is
available in various paid parking lots as well under
Discovery Green Park directly across from the Convention
Center. $7/day. NO PARKING IN THE BACK OF THE CONVENTION
CENTER.
There is a Rockets
basketball game Saturday night so it is advised that you
do not park in any questionable or free lots. Two years
ago we had several people complain that their cars were
towed around the Toyota Center. Also parking meters are
not free on Saturdays.

Tickets
Weekend Passes will be
sold for $5 per person at the GRB. Ages 12 & under
get in free. Cash only, no credit
cards. There is an ATM upstairs on the second floor at
the GRB.
Early ticket sales and T-shirts will be available at GRB - across the skywalk on the 2nd floor from the Hilton Americas from 6-8pm Friday night, and in Hall A & B at main tournament desk.
College Coaches
University Athlete will
be providing college coaches information for $60/first
coach and $25/each additional coach. Registration will
be through the University Athlete website starting one
week prior to the event. For any coach who will need a
paper copy – please email Michele at
crosscourtclassic@hotmail.com
by March 6th.
On tournament day please
visit the main tournament desk between Halls A & B to
download updates.
